BOOKING & PAYMENT CRITERIA

50% of the total amount is to be paid in advance by the client to mark their slots as booked.

50% of the total amount is to be paid on the day of event or before receiving the images for selection purpose.

In case of non payment, the softcopies & package shall not be processed till the payment is made clear.
-
Events outside Islamabad will be charged extra according to the distance travelled on a reasonable basis and accomodation will be the sole responsibility of the client.

In case of cancellation of the event, the advance money will be refundable only if cancelled 1.5 months or more before the event.
DELIVERABLES
-
Softcopies of the images will be delivered for selection within 12 - 15 working days starting from the day event is completed.
-
Delivery time of the albums/videos will be 8-10 weeks starting from the day selection images are received.
-
One time changes in the album layouts before printing & video will be entertained.

Extra pages in the album will be charged extra per page in case of extra selection.
SHOOT & EVENT TIMINGS

Standard slot (mentioned time) for shoot will be of one hour after which the shoot would not be entertained. Extra shoot time would entail additional charges.

Standard event coverage slot will be of 4 hours. Additional time would entail extra charges per hour.
BACKUP
-
Backup of the data will be responsibility of the studio for one year from the event. No guarantee of provision of deliverables is provided if selection is received after this time.

In case of data loss by the client after the final product is delivered, the client shall be charged Rs 15,000/- extra for the provision of softcopies & edited film

In case of data loss by the studio, the management is liable of refunding 50% of the total amount since datas are stored in electronic devices & a chance of loss exists.
-
In case of damage to the equipment at the event by either children or the guests, the client shall be held responsible for it.
